I’ve been getting regular massages for years, and Foothills Massage inside Legends Gym is hands-down the most professional and effective experience I’ve ever had. The Stephanie truly knows how to work out deep muscle tension, improve recovery, and relieve pain from workouts or daily stress.

Kristie FishStephanie is awesome! She knows exactly what to do to help with your specific issues, or if you just want a relaxing massage. She always asks if there is any specific need you have for your session and she listens and the outcome is always wonderful! I would and have recommended her to everyone I know!

IvyI'm so happy that I found Stephanie!!! She's so gifted!! I personally have multiple problems in my body when it comes to tension and knots so I know it could be challenging for anybody to do the work but not for Stephanie. Her work is flawless, I really don't have to tell her anything, once she works those hands like a scan and does her thing like a true professional you walk out of the session feeling like a new person. I will be a regular client for sure because I know she's making a huge difference in my body, she knows what she's doing, she was born for this. One of the best Masseuse in town, so worth it!! Will definitely be coming back as often as I can.
