Maria HolbeinRustic barn experience with a large event room. There is a bathroom, kitchen sink , two smaller rooms, and a nice sectional sofa area inside. Outside porches, lawn games, and a pretty view.

Dee DugginsIt's not just that the barn is spacious, it's also clean and decorated so well that you could do little and it will look elegant. We celebrated our son's graduation from Chapel Hill and everyone complimented our choice. There's a sitting area off to side, but not totally disconnected, a lot of covered area for sitting outside, and abundant dining tables/chairs. Everything is well thought out. There's a table perfect for drinks/punch, another for cakes, one for presents and a bench by the window for showing off a cap and gown (or pictures, etc.) The back room has a large table for food. Tucked to the side in the same room is counter space for extras. The kitchen has a spacious fridge (held 2 cases of water and tons of extra food/cakes. The temperature stayed perfect, the bathroom was clean, and there's a radio that we played lightly and it was perfect for this large entertaining room. Just bring your standard "round" tablecloths for the # of tables you need. I also used 3 rectangular ones. I think you can see that I was impressed. It made this celebration as special as I had hoped. Oh, and it rained...no one even knew it inside. Thank you again, Jill Snyder!!!
