This place is INCREDIBLE. My wife and I got married here and have been back multiple times. They have a chef on site who makes amazing food, and the rooms are absolutely stunning with awesome views. They are so nice here and truly make you feel like you’re royalty. Always love coming back to the Big Creek Lodge. If you are thinking about coming here for a weekend, DO IT!! It’s the perfect retreat.

An excellent dinner… Did not disappoint for our 38th wedding anniversary. We’ve been here years ago at the start of Covid and stayed, so we knew about it. The food is much better… All sourced locally. You can’t beat the view either. Top calamari we’ve had-so delicious. The filet was so tender that you didn’t need a steak knife. Our cocktails (photo of lavender gin fizz) were perfect. Our veteran server Jennifer had excellent recommendations. You don’t need to finish your bottle of wine (reasonably priced) because you can bag it to go.

Came here for a wedding. The staff were friendly and accommodating and it was great to hear about who they were as well. We kept the bar busy and the ladies behind it were the best. Everyone there went all out to make my niece have her dream wedding. They took care of us through the rehearsal dinner, drinks afterwards, the breakfasts the day of and day after the wedding, etc. Their manager made some incredible pastries and everything at breakfast was made in-house as much as possible. The lodge and the cabins are priced very well. I was honestly blown away by everything and I can't wait to book a weekend trip there with some friends. Thank you to everyone there for helping to create a wonderful weekend for our very large family!

I can not rave enough about this place. I just had my wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. We did a weekday wedding and I wouldn’t have changed anything. The whole team was wonderful. Jennifer is so sweet, Lisa was great to work with, and I can not say enough great things about Daniel. He was so responsive, so easy to work with, such a kind person, and super patient. His customer service skills are outstanding. He met with me a few times, responded in a very timely manner, was organized, and acted like I never bothered him one bit with my constant questions & requests. The hanging rock cabin and the lodge rooms were a great addition to our day. We will plan to return every year for our anniversary. The most beautiful place in the world that will always have our hearts. The photos were awesome. The ceremony room was a great place to take photos in the afternoon, and the mountains outside was perfect for sunset. 10/10 recommend having your next wedding or event here!!
