My husband and I moved to King in October 2014 and almost immediately we turned to Moorefield`s for automotive work needed at the time, At first it was more of a convenience kinda thing because they were so close to us, but after having their technicians work on all of our vehicles from time to time over the last couple of years we later realized that they were the most reasonable and reliable automotive shop around the city of King, If you think we've overrated the auto technicians at Moorefield`s Automotive for the jobs they've done for us over the years, All I can do is just tell you about our very latest experience with them and how much they actually touched our hearts just by being nothing more than kind respectable business men Im sure some of you know it's not just about the job itself, it's also about how you treat the people you ultimately work for and how much you're willing to listen to what they have to say even if you're customer starts getting off the subject of their much needed repairs on their vehicle and instead starts talking about fluffy their Dying cat who is fifty pounds over weight and they're just as concerned about fluffy as they are for their vehicle. But truthfully all kidding aside that is what it takes to be a good customer service provider! An employee or employer whose always willing to lend an ear to their customers it always makes good business and even more importantly it's just common decency to be polite to others. So Recently our 2005 dodge grand caravan desperately needed an over due rear brake job which required new rotors as well by the time we were able to make time for the work to be done, When I took our van to Moorefield`s Automotive and dropped it off I explained at that time I might have a little difficulty picking the vehicle up right away due to my husband's recent diagnosis with terminal cancer, So as time got closer to the five o'clock hour and I was expecting their call, I began making arrangements to get payment to them on time in the event that I couldn't pick up my van at the same time, So whenever the technician from Moorefield`s called I asked if it were possible to pay my bill by credit card over the phone and then just try to pick up my vehicle later? I was totally surprised whenever they had no problem taking payment over the phone, But even more surprised when the technician offered to bring our vehicle to our house for us at no additional charge, I thought "Wow, what's the catch?" But When they got to our house They came to the front door and handed over the keys then while wishing us a good evening they turned and quickly left Without asking for anything in return for bringing the vehicle home for us. I can Only end with saying that in my opinion Moorefield`s is the most reliable and dependable automotive solution for your vehicle needs, I can also say that I feel like they are the most compassionate auto mechanic workers that my husband and I both have had the pleasure of doing business with. Trust me when I say that when you do find a reputable company like Moorefield`s you should stick with them because one thing I've learned being from up north and living in a rural area for most of my life, Rural area's are not exactly populated with more than their share of businesses that are all rated five stars, heck some of them can't get four stars, So even now with our most minor vehicle needs I have no problem calling on Moorefield`s to do the job, Thank You Moorefield`s and keep up the awesome work!!
