The pavilion and venue grounds were absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was amazing throughout the day. My husband and I had done a LOT of research on different venues in North Carolina. We decided to come tour The Meadows and Chateau Vie. We absolutely fell in love with The Meadows and everything it had to offer. It is so beautiful there and flows so nicely for the day. They were very transparent about everything from financials, packages, and vendors to day of details. We decided to have our wedding here and put down our deposit. It was easy to go through and fill out the contract and make payments. They have so many weddings going on but they always were reachable either through text, call or email. The venue has a contact list of vendors who work with them. We had the silver package and all the vendors were easy to reach out to and go over what options that package had. The portal they have is also very useful to organize all of the wedding day information, see payments, and to work with the DJ. I was worried about coordinating all the working parts but they made it so easy and all the vendors were professional, reputable, and did great work. The staff here is also SO amazing from coordinating to making my day run smoothly. As we continued hauling, what felt like an ungodly amount of wedding stuff, they continuously worked to unpack and set EVERYTHING up as well as break it down when we were ready and help us get everything situated. Everyone was super nice and I felt like everything, even the last minute changes I was making, was coordinated so smoothly. We had made our last payment a little late and they were very understanding. Everyone was so behind the scenes (not making guests uncomfortable to get things done, invisible but present, etc.) and I had a lot of people comment about how smoothly everything transitioned. I went back before the wedding for their bridal expo which was a great chance for me to meet the vendors and look at the property again, and I had another chance to see everything/ask questions/take photos when I went for my coordinator meeting. The venue was also very clean and had rooms to get ready in. I would definitely recommend having your wedding here - the ease of booking it, communicating, vendor contacts and quality, and just a great overall place. I have no negative remarks to make about this place. I added some photos below to show some of the great spots for photos, some of the structures, and more! Also! The dance floor space was so great, and being able to customize table amounts, chairs, etc. was useful and the ceremony site is set up so great and they coordinate everything with your DJ so you are able to walk at exactly the time you want to.

After hurricane Helene our original wedding venue was no longer an option. So we found the meadows 3 weeks before with a lucky cancellation. The owners and everyone that worked there were AMAZING. They made my wedding day so easy & a dream come true. If I could give 100 stars I would. LGBTQ friendly also🫶🏻

This venue was so easy to work with and very transparent with pricing. You don't have to invest a bunch of your time before they're even willing to tell you the cost, it's all outlined right on the website. Even though they are priced by package, they are incredibly flexible and we got credits for our lower headcount and less requirements for florals than what was budgeted. I primarily worked with Tyler the entire time leading up to the event which was so easy and always had a response to my emails within a couple of days. Darlene took over once the day actually came and they more than exceeded my expectations. Everything ran smoothly and I was truly blown away by the venue and their staff. If I had a complaint, it would just be that I wished the final money details were available during my final meeting instead of having to email and ask for them. Thank you so much for making such an important day so easy.
