I love this shop! All the ladies there are so sweet and helpful. All of the pottery is so well and thoughtfully made and its so much fun to glaze your own! They have a great selection of snacks and Beverages to purchase while you glaze. This is the prefect place for a girls day!

I absolutely love painting pottery at Crisanthemum Studios! The pieces are very high quality and change seasonally. The owner and staff are lovely. It always offers such a fun way to spend an afternoon with my mom and sister. We also love to pick up food or a coffee from one of the other local downtown businesses to enjoy while we paint. When I don’t have time to paint something, I’ve also purchased lovely premade items to give as gifts. Cris’ studio is hands down my favorite thing to do in Pilot Mountain!

Crisanthemum Studios is an absolute safe haven and a true gem in Pilot Mountain! It is such a wonderful, community-centric space with the most amazing energy the moment you walk through the door. I love that you can paint your own pottery using beautiful pieces that are actually handmade right there in the studio. Beyond pottery painting, they offer a fantastic variety of art workshops that really bring out your creative side. A must-do activity in downtown Pilot Mountain, NC! Crisanthemum Studios offers such fun (and addicting) pottery and art classes of all kinds. You can conveniently walk in ANYTIME during their business hours and glaze-your-own pottery piece! All of the pieces are handmade in the studio by their talented local potter, and the space and staff are so welcoming. You don't need to be "artistic" to enjoy what they have to offer- their rotating workshops are the perfect date, girls night out, or family outing!
