The space
The newly-updated 2000 sq. ft. farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and accommodates 6-7 people (please note rental rate is based on number of guests). Downstairs features two sitting rooms, dining area, and a fully-equipped, all new kitchen. Upstairs master bedroom has 1 queen bed and en suite bathroom. Two other upstairs bedrooms have 1 queen, and 1 full and 1 twin. Dedicated office workstation with Dell monitor and wireless setup make remote working a breeze. Excellent WiFi. Internet TV in living room and upstairs bedroom. No phone but good cell service. Linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels furnished. Central HVAC is new in 2022.
Other things to note
Located just 5 minutes from Hanging Rock State Park main entrance. Dan River is 10-minute drive for tubing, kayaking and canoeing. Carolina Zip Lines only 10-minute drive also.
Camp Hanes is 15 minutes away; drop the kids for a week of camp and come have your own outdoor adventure!
