Grace F.whoever on God’s green earth said they hiked this trail and was 300 pounds was lying. you would go into immediate cardiac arrest. i have never walked up more stairs in my existence. i am 22 years old, 118 pounds, no high cholesterol, and i felt like a kid that just got sent to fat camp for a twinkie diet and obesity. if you run here, you’re clinically insane. how do you run up these stairs? there ain’t no way. this was harder than level 7 on the stairmaster for 3 hours. anyways, view was worth it. probably won’t do again. there aren’t many stairs to get up to once you get to the fire tower which is a blessing.

kosmowas really nice today, well shaded & interesting rocks 🪨—cool view from up top. hardly any traffic until coming down around 0930. minimal trash 🗑️ which was great.

joshua gibsonGreat trail...I went clockwise and seemed to be better going down all the steps after the fire tower. I got poured on the way down and the spot at the campground was a little confusing but a little adventure never hurt anyone
