Lizard Lookout
Fall is quickly approaching and with it comes lots of festivals! Local state parks and lots of hiking available! Come enjoy this peaceful piece of mountain living. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with neighbors hidden by the woods. You will have the entire upper level including an open loft with plenty of games, books, and toys. The wildlife is plentiful this year with lots of deer and wild Turkey roaming around! The sunsets are amazing!
The space
Your host will be in and out of the basement apartment which has a separate entrance.
With 3 sleep number beds on the main level you will be sure to have a great nights sleep. Visit local wineries in the area. Take a picnic to Pilot Mountain State Park. Check out the many trails and waterfalls at Hanging Rock State Park. Visit Mount Airy where the Andy Griffith show was filmed. There are many day trip attractions whether you want to stay close or make it a day trip. Go to Winston-Salem to hear a live band. Or Linville NC to see the caverns. Or visit a winery. There is plenty to do on this relaxing vacation. Don’t forget the sunsets...or the star gazing without the distraction of street lights!

You will have access to the main floor and loft. The loft is perfect for children. There is a kids couch...books...games...puzzles..and a large dollhouse with accessories that mom and dad can pull out for play.
